Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. Please read our returns and claims policy carefully. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

As an online retailer, we are required by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to give you the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@dizzascollection.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or proof that they have been sent back.

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error on your order. Original outbound delivery charges are refunded only if you are returning the entire order.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in original packaging where applicable. We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Faulty, Damaged or Defective Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a full refund if you report a fault within 30 days of receiving your item. After 30 days and up to 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance; if neither is possible, a refund will be issued.

Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. Unclaimed returns that are not reclaimed within 30 days will be donated to charity.

Please note this applies only to situations where goods are undeliverable or uncollected — it does not affect your statutory right to cancel and return goods under the 14-day cooling-off period described above.

Sealed & Hygiene Goods

We do not accept returns of sealed goods — such as but not limited to face masks — which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once they have been unsealed after delivery. This exception applies only to unsealed hygiene goods and does not otherwise affect your statutory rights.

Size Exchanges & Change of Mind (Outside the 14-Day Period)

Outside of your statutory 14-day cancellation right, size exchanges or change-of-mind returns may be offered at your expense and at our discretion. If we agree to accept a return or size exchange after this period, you will need to place a new order at your own expense. We do not offer refunds for change of mind outside the statutory cooling-off period.
